Aromatherapy Recipes to Enhance Happiness



The below recipes can help enhance happiness, joy and peace. Citrus oils are a wonderful choice when seeking a pleasant, happy environment, and they are inexpensive.


Aromatherapy Recipe #1

3 drops Bergamot essential oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
1 drop Grapefruit essential oil

Aromatherapy Recipe #2

1 drop Geranium essential oil
2 drops Frankincense essential oil
2 drops Orange essential oil

Aromatherapy Recipe #3

2 drops Sandalwood essential oil
1 drop Rose essential oil
2 drops Bergamot essential oil

Aromatherapy Recipe #4

2 drops Lemon, Orange or Bergamot essential oil
2 drops Grapefruit essential oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang, Rose or Neroli essential oil



Directions for Use

Select one of the recipes above. Mix all the ingredients together in a dark bottle, shake well. Now use any of the ways mentioned below.

Diffuser Recipe : Use appropriate number of drops from your recipe in your diffuser by following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Bath Oil : Add about 15 drops of your chosen recipe in your bath oil. Mix well and use normally.

Massage Oil : Take 8 drops of your recipe and mix it with 20ml of carrier oil of your choice. Your massage oil is ready for use.

Air Freshener : Fill a spray bottle with either 1.5 ounces of distilled water and 1.5 ounces of alcohol or 3 ounces of distilled water. Then, add 30-40 drops of your chosen recipe. The aroma can change after the air freshener has had time to sit. Shake the bottle once prior to each use. Spray lightly in the room. Be careful not to allow the air freshener mist to fall on your furniture, food, beverages, etc.
